When the pickup person isn’t on the approved list

If someone shows up who isn’t a linked guardian or on the approved pickup list:

  1. Tap Add Pickup Person (or the option to type a name).
  2. Type their full name.
  3. Confirm the request — this creates a documented entry on the student’s record.
  4. Have them sign on the iPad as normal.

Always follow your school’s standard verification policy (e.g., check photo ID) before handing the student over to anyone not on the approved list.
